 Shortly after getting married, Billy & Courtney moved to Midland, Texas from the Central Arkansas town of Conway (Go Bears) as two young and crazy newlyweds. It was a bittersweet journey, to leave behind friends, family, and the gorgeous scenery of the Natural State... but they quickly grew fond of the wonderful people and way of life here in the Permian Basin. 

It didn't take long before Billy decided he'd had enough of the oilfield life that brough them here, and longed to pursue his dream of starting his own HVAC company. As two first-time parents who had just become homeowners, running low on sleep and funds, they're still not sure where the confidence came from to say, "Now is the perfect time!" 🤪

But against all odds, the company has been blessed to be serving West Texas homeowners, businesses and home builders for over a decade. What started as a two person start-up in the Black family's home garage is now a full-scale operation with over twenty employees.
