Service Technicians: We're proud of our choice to only offer limited after-hours emergency service, unlike many service companies who operate 24/7. Our Install teams typically work 7am to 3pm, Monday through Friday. Office hours are 8am to 5pm, Monday through Friday.
Yes! We offer a health insurance package along with dental, vision and other supplemental plans, which are available after 60 days of employment. The company contributes to the employee's health insurance rate: 0-3 years = 50%, 3-5 years = 75%, 5+ years = 100%!
Yes again! And we match our employee's contributions up to 3%.
Our goal is to equip each employee with the training and education needed to excel in their current role, and encourage them to explore all roles to find what fulfills and excites them the most. We prefer to promote rather than hire when it comes to leadership roles.
All employees enjoy 8 paid holidays each year. After one year, 40 hours of PTO is earned. Upon the 3rd anniversary, that amount increases to 80 hours per year. And upon year 5, that number grows to 120 hours.
